PARISIAN LAUNDRY represents living Canadian and non-Canadian artists and rotates solo presentations of their current practices. Opened in 2005, the gallery’s unparalleled industrial three storey building serves as a cultural destination as an exhibition and project space that is situated in the historically blue collar neighborhood of St. Henri in Montreal, the only uniquely French city in the Americas. Programming is divided throughout the three exhibition spaces including the gallery’s former mechanical room; a two storey concrete box known as the ‘Bunker’, an ideal space for media works and projections as well as site-specific installation, sculpture and sound projects.

Recent programming includes:
-Screening of BAND by NY based artist Adam Pendleton
-Live performance by NYC based artist Kalup Linzy.
-Important solo presentations of Valérie Blass, Janet Werner and Rick Leong-A three-floor/exhibition space museum style retrospective of BGL
-Annual Université de Québec à Montréal and Concordia University MFA group shows

Parisian Laundry maintains an international nomadic profile through a publication program as well as participating in major art fairs that offer critical solo platforms for artists; VOLTA in Basel & NYC, NEXT, Chicago, NADA fair, Miami Beach and Art Toronto.
